GOLD STAR SERVICE
If you experience a problem with your notebook within the first 14 days of purchase, We will collect your notebook from you, usually the next working day or same day if contacted before 12.00 noon.
Your notebook will be tested by one of our qualified engineers within 2 days of collection and once the fault is confirmed, a brand new replacement will be dispatched immediately on a next working day delivery.
This service is not available for purchase once goods have been dispatched. If you don't purchase this service, in the event of any problems, you should expect to have your laptop repaired with turnaround of 5 working days.
