E = Extras.  We will install and configure any additional software that you purchase with your laptop, such as Antivirus or Internet Security products, and Office software.  In addition to this we will install all Windows critical updates, ensuring that your laptop's software is completely up to date, and giving you more time to do what you want to do.

Q = Quality Control.  We will run your laptop through a series of hardware checks and boot tests, ensuring that it is in full working order at the time of dispatch.  These tests are performed by qualified technicians, and cover all aspects of the laptop's hardware and components.

U = User profiles.  On request, we can set up individual User Profiles on your laptop, customising your purchase to your individual needs. 

I = Inspection.  Laptop screens consist of millions of 'pixels', and current ISO standards allow for a certain number of dead or defective pixels.  We will comprehensively inspect the screen on your laptop prior to dispatch, making sure that your screen is in perfect working order.
