Nokia’s CEO says no plans to enter the tablet market
The CEO of Nokia, Stephen Elop has revealed the company currently has no concrete plans to enter the tablet market. There have been many rumours over the last few months as to when or if Nokia is planning to announce a tablet device as Elop said in November this year that "there's a new tablet opportunity coming."
In recent interview with a Finnish TV station, Elop said: "Nokia does not have an exact plan, but we are studying the markets carefully," and "Perhaps we will come [to market] one day."

Samsung Series 5 Ultrabook Launched

Acer will unveil Quad-Core tablet in 2012
Acer is set to announce that it will be releasing an Nvidia Tegra 3 powered tablet in 2012 as the president of the company Jim Wong confirming the fact to the T3 websites. Details of the Acer Iconia Tab A200 were revealed on the web but it is expected to have the Tegra 2 chip instead of the Tegra 3.
