Returning an item

We appreciate that sometimes you may not be 100% happy with an item you have purchased from us, to that extent, we aim to make returning items back to us as simple as possible. In the unlikely event that you do need to return an item, please see our friendly guide below to ensure your item gets back to us safely and to prevent damage occurring in transit. If after using our online returns system you require any assistance at all, please feel free to contact our friendly team at

In most instances you can use the original packaging to send items back to us, but where not possible, please see below.

Laptops & Desktop Computers

1. Obtain a returns reference number (RMA)

In order to speed up the returns process, we kindly request that you obtain an RMA number from our returns team prior to sending any items back. Please note, any items sent back without an RMA may be refused and sent back to you.

You can obtain your reference number via our online returns portal.

2. Securely Package Your Item

Once you have received your RMA number from us, you will now need to securely package your item for its return back to us. This will prevent it from being damaged in transit.

Place the item back in its original packaging, where possible, we always advise re-using any screen protectors or polythene packaging. Ensure you have included any including accessories such as power adapters, information booklets, software, and cabling.

3. Secure the box

Once back inside the box, ensure there is no excess movement of contents within the box, if this occurs, please secure the contents with bubble wrap. After the item has been placed back inside the box, you will need to close and seal it with suitable tape. Please be sure that the packaging is not too tight as this may split the box during transit.

4. Arrange to have the item sent back to us

Now that the item and the box are both safely secured, it’s time to send it back to us. In most instances we will provide you with a Collect+ label so that you can take your item to a Collect+ store at your own convenience.

Under some circumstances, you will need to arrange to send the parcel back to us yourself. In these rare instances, we advise sending the item back with either the Post Office, or with a courier. In either case, we advise opting for an insured and trackable method for peace of mind. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any parcels that are damaged or lost during transit.

If the original packaging is not available – (for example if it has been damaged or thrown away) please secure the item in at least 5” thick bubble wrap and place in a suitable container. Please note, plastic carrier bags, newspaper, etc, are not suitable containers. Failure to securely package your parcel may result in it being refused and sent back to you.
