Xenex Technologies begins developing bespoke software solutions to businesses in the following areas: Insurance, Claims Management, Billboard Advertising, Foreign Exchange, Training Provisions, Cemeteries, Motor Manufacturing, Mobile Phone Retail, and clothing distribution.


Xenex Technologies launches its first e-commerce website ( supplying IT products at low prices nationwide. Although most orders were being taken by phone, the site was heavily used by wholesale customers.

2004 brand is launched as we refurbish the dominant New Town Row facing showroom which had previously been used as a training suite, and open fully to the public.

Customers are able to order at the new counter and collect a choice of over 20,000 stocked IT products within minutes from the collection point, all at web prices.

Xenex launches its ERP in a box software system, enabling small retailers to manage their businesses like never before. Aimed at the IT retail market, the product was sold to thousands of retailers around the UK, Europe and Canada, mainly in the computer retail business.


Xenex Technologies moves into new premises on New Town Row, Birmingham. The building which had previously been home to the Birmingham Apple Mac Centre had been empty due to the ironic decline in sales of Apple computers!

An IT trade counter was built at the side of the building with a large showroom, and the large glazed showroom on New Town Row was developed into a computer training suite, able to house around 50 students at a time.


Our ERP software system is withdrawn from sale. We continue to support our existing large clients, many of whom are the country’s top IT retailers and wholesalers.

This allows us to focus on our own e-commerce websites.
